Who Am I And Why Should You Care?

Hey, I’m Vicky Campbell.  I’m the owner of Chaos County Organizers, a company that helps folks get organized one task at a time.  I’m in to motivating people to clear their clutter, physically and/or spiritually, and helping them reach their goals in life.  Most of all, I’m tired of seeing people live a meaningless existence and want to do what I can to make a difference.

What Qualifies Me To Do This?

Do we really need to be qualified to blog?? I guess that’s something you can judge for yourself, but here’s some credentials to help you out, just so you know I do have at least half a brain and some experience:

  • Received a BA in Linguistics from the University of NH
  • Attended Nyack College for 2yrs studying TESL and Religion/Cross-Cultural Studies
  • While in college, I studied General Psychology, Child Psychology, Philosophy, Bible Doctrine, South Asian Religions Spanish and Russian.
  • Volunteered at the Bowery Mission in Manhattan for 2 years working with the homeless, tutored international students in English, worked at a NY Kid’s Club.
  • I’m a business owner: Chaos County Organizers, est. 2005 (www.ccoworld.com)
  • I also coordinate programming for a local teen center for youth aged 14-19, mentoring them and offering them tools needed to become healthy, productive adults. (www.ccoworld.com/teens.html)
  • I’m also a wife to a wonderful author, JL Campbell (www.jlcampbellbooks.com) and mom to a beautiful daughter, Jadyn.
  • I’m author of a column called “Got Clutter?” found in the Great Northwoods Journal (www.greatnorthwoodsjournal.net)
  • and, I’ve lived in and travelled to many places all over North America and Europe and met lots of cool people and saw lots of interesting things.  (I once moved to Montana with $200  to my name, $100 of which I blew when my flight landed in Seattle where I met up with a friend..don’t worry, I smartened up.)
